CI-EIG
A procedure for calculating confidence intervals for the eigendecomposition of covariance matrices.

Description:
We provide a procedure to obtain distribution-free confidence intervals on the eigendecomposition of covariance matrices by using U-statistics, Weyl’s theorem and the Eigenvalue-eigenvector identity.
