Canon OCT data processing

Loading and scrubbing of data XML files exported from Canon OCT-A1 machine.

Description:

This toolbox contains code to clean, filter and load XML data files exported from a Canon-A1 machine into a Pandas DataFrame. This enables downstream processing and moddeling using ML or AI methods.
