Large Language Models (LLMs) are at the heart of the recent AI revolution. These models have the potential to radically change the way we communicate, work and live. On 22 April, the Flanders AI Research Program and VAIA will bring together some of the leading experts in the field of language models to present the latest developments, challenges and opportunities, and to discuss how Flemish language models can be optimised and applied in various sectors.

Target Audience: Our target audience is a diverse group of professionals in the AI and digital sectors. The primary target audience is AI service providers. We also target providers of LLM-integrated solutions. Our secondary target group consists of previous users of Flemish LLMs, including large service companies such as social secretariats, mutuals, telecom companies, media and entertainment companies, financial services and retail companies,
What prior knowledge is required? Knowledge of the concepts of LLMs and how they work. This is not an introduction to the Flemish LLM models, but rather the current state of the art in this field of research.
